2) HP/CONTACT NO
3) COLLECTION METHOD (via hand delivery, MRT station meet up or postal delivery)
4) ORDER DETAILS (item name, color, size, quantity where applicable)

All items are sold on first come first serve basis. We will reserve your ordered item after acknowledging your email. The item will be released to others if payment is not received within 24hrs. Once payment is made, please send an email to posycozy@yahoo.com with the transaction reference and time of transfer.

All stocks are ready stock unless otherwise stated. For pre-order, please refer to Pre-order Terms & Conditions.

Currently we accept payment via On-line Bank Transfer / ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit only.

For postal delivery, if you've given us an undeliverable address and cause the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You have to pay for additional postage fee for the parcel to be resent.

There is NO RETURN POLICY for clothing that does not fit. Please check the sizing before you purchase.

For all shipments:-
a) All prices are in SGD and excludes postage fees. Please refer to SingPost website for the postage rates http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel/postage-rates.html
b) Registered mail at an additional SGD2.24 is compulsory to avoid loss of article. We will advise you of the cost of postage once you've made your order. For parcel exceeding 2kg, delivery will be by Speedpost. Please refer to Speedpost rates. Hand delivery service is available at SGD8-SGD18 per trip.
